Our charcuterie Butcher Boards have been flying lately, especially with large groups. Check
these out that were served in Davis and Sacramento

Boxed Lunches for 800

When large groups need to eat, Lunch Box Express is usually the call. Need food for 800, or
8,000? With 11,000 square feet of production, warehouse, and prep space, we have the
people and room to handle it. Located just outside of downtown Sacramento, we are able
to serve the greater Sacramento, Davis, and Woodland areas with ease. Pictured below is
one of the several racks to serve a recent 800 count boxed lunch event, as well as catered
coffee for a similar group.

Other times it is the details of catered receptions that matter

Hosting a reception or conference is no easy task. People fly in from all over the world and
they need to network and mingle. Reception food should be fun, filling, easy to eat, and
allow guests to network as they need. We serve receptions and conferences all the time,
and know how to get the menus and timing just right.

It is our people that make it happen the best though

Catering is hard work, and it takes skill, care, and dedication to make events come together
so well. From starting at 4 or 5am, to fighting tra ic and weather, it is dedicated and hard
working sta that let it all happen. Here are some of our sta in action, and resting after
some hard worked events.
